As the golden autumn brings refreshing breezes to celebrate the national anniversary, youth blooms vibrantly to compose a new chapter. 29 September 2025, Huxi Campus Stadium – More than 3,000 freshmen, staff and institute leaders closed China’s 76th National Day celebrations early with a 90-minute gala themed “Set Sail on Youth, Shape the Future”.
Devoting hearts to pursue dreams and demonstrating responsibilities, the youth presented gifts to the new era. Centering on the theme of “Devoting Hearts to Pursue Dreams”, the whole gala vividly interpreted the mission and responsibility of the young people of CIT in the new era.
The wonderful programs covered various forms such as singing and dancing, recitation, fashion show and integrated performances. The audience burst into waves of applause, fully demonstrating the spiritual outlook of the students of CIT, who keep in step with the times and march forward with the motherland.
The gala reached its climax when the staff and students sang the passionate melody of Ode to the Motherland together. The sonorous singing echoed in the venue with the beautiful melody, embodying the firm belief of CIT in forging ahead on a new journey.
By turning the gala into a live-action “Ideological and Political” class, the institute hopes to spark students’ patriotism and sense of duty. Freshmen of 2025 said they would stay true to the motto “Virtue and Action” and play their part in China’s new journey of modernisation.
A new journey begins, and the future is full of promise; the youth advance alongside the Party, empowering the nation through their efforts!
