The Education Department of Jilin Province has officially announced the results of the optimization and reorganization of scientific research platforms for 2024 recently. Our institute, with its abundant accumulation and outstanding innovation capabilities in the field of scientific research, has successfully obtained approval for two provincial-level scientific research platforms: "Gem Development and Culture Research Center of Jilin Province " (a key research base for humanities and social sciences of the universities in Jilin Province) and " Cross-Regional Collaborative Innovation Center of Advanced Intelligent Agricultural Facilities of Jilin Province" (a collaborative innovation center in the universities of Jilin Province ).
The two research platforms approved focus on the development and cultural studies of gem and jade, as well as the field of intelligent agricultural facilities, featuring distinct disciplinary characteristics and application values. The establishment of these two research platforms represents a high level of recognition of research capabilities and innovation power of CIT. It will further promote the industry-academia-research collaboration between CIT and enterprises of Jilin province, accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and enhance the institute’s overall scientific and technological innovation capabilities.
