On March 31st, CIT and China 15th Metallurgical Construction Group Co., Ltd. exchange symposium and strategic cooperation Agreement signing ceremony held in the second conference room of the university. Prof. Hu Ming, Secretary of the Party Committee of CIT, Prof. Wang Chaoyong, Vice president of CIT, Mr. Li Wei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of China Fifteen Metallurgical Construction Group Co., LTD., Ms. Li Li, director of the Human Resources Department (Organization Department of the Party Committee), Mr. Shi Bao, Secretary of the General Party Branch of Wuhan Branch, Mr. Tong Yangyong, recruitment director of the Human Resources Department, and principals of relevant departments of the university attended. The meeting was presided over by Vice President Wang Chaoyong.
Hu Ming, Secretary of the Party Committee of CIT, delivered a speech at the ceremony. He pointed out that the training of application-oriented senior professionals cannot be achieved without the support of outstanding enterprises. CIT has a good foundation for cooperation with "15 Metallurgical Group of China". In the future, the school will give full play to the highlands advantages of education, science and technology and talents. We will promote the deep integration and precise docking of education chains, talent chains, industrial chains and innovation chains between universities and enterprises, and provide enterprises with more high-level applied talents with international vision and engineering literacy, so as to complement each other's strengths and promote school-enterprise win-win cooperation.

He pointed out that talent is the first resource for the development of enterprises. During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, "15 Metallurgical Group of China " will strengthen the implementation of talent strategy, build talent brand, provide services for high-level talents in an all-round way, and transform resource advantages, talent advantages and technological advantages into competitive advantages, development advantages and market advantages. At the meeting, two sides had in-depth exchanges and discussions on specific cooperation issues. Later, Mr. Li Wei, deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and Prof. Wang Chaoyong, Vice President of the University, signed strategic cooperation agreements on behalf of the two sides.
According to the agreements, the university and the enterprise will integrate their own advantageous resources, actively expand cooperation areas, and constantly improve the level of cooperation. At the level of scientific research and achievement transformation, scientific and technological personnel are organized to jointly tackle key problems and establish a diversified mechanism for sharing scientific and technological resources. At the level of academic exchanges and business cooperation, strengthen the exchanges and cooperation between scientific and technological personnel of both sides, organize academic exchanges and jointly organize academic conferences from time to time. In terms of personnel training and vocational education, the two sides should strengthen application-oriented counterpart training, vocational skills training and temporary training of cadres.
