春风习俗是春季重要的传统民俗活动，主要包含踏青赏花、放风筝、祭祀祈福等内容。北方有吃春饼的习俗，南方则流行采春茶、祭土地神。人们插柳踏青，放风筝寓意祛除晦气。部分地区保留着春社祭祀、鞭春牛等农耕仪式，祈求风调雨顺。
Spring breeze customs are important traditional folk activities in spring, mainly including flower appreciation, kite flying, sacrifice and prayer. In the north, there is the custom of eating spring cakes, and in the south, it is popular to pick spring tea and sacrifice to the god of the land. People plug willows and step on the green, and flying kites means to get rid of bad luck. In some areas, agricultural rituals such as spring shrine sacrifices and spring ox whipping are preserved to pray for good weather and good weather.
