CIT Food Service Center Organizes Start-to-work Training

Prevention is not a great meaning, guard the most beautiful canteen. On February 23, CIT Catering Service Center organized Start-to-work training for all employees.

The training includes two parts: food safety and fire safety. The food safety manager of the food service center explained in detail the rules and regulations of the Department of Education on food safety, the key links of food safety, the procurement and storage of food ingredients, the processing and production of food, and the final presentation of food. The fire safety training teacher explained in detail the prevention, fighting and evacuation of fire.


The training atmosphere is warm, the training effect is good, and the professional knowledge and safety awareness of each trained employee has been effectively improved. In the new semester, all the staff of the catering Service Center will continue to provide quality services for all college teachers and students with a new look, and contribute their own strength to the safety, stability and harmony of our campus.
