In order to promote the development of industry-university research work of the school of Exploration and Surveying and further enhance the scientific research and innovation ability of the school's teachers and students, on the afternoon of January 8, 2024, Wu Jinghua, dean of the School of Exploration and Surveying Engineering, led a team to the Shenyang Geological Survey Center of China Geological Survey (Northeast Geological Science and Technology Innovation Center) to conduct research, and participated in the Northeast geological science and technology Innovation Center regional creation fund and strategic prospecting action research exchange forum. Director Xin Houtian introduced in detail the historical evolution, unit nature and personnel of Shenyang Geological Survey Center of China Geological Survey, focusing on the project undertaken by the unit and the overview of a new round of prospecting strategic action. Director Li Yongfei made a detailed introduction to the specific layout of the new round of prospecting strategy. Ding Qiuhong introduced the basic situation of the Science and Technology Department, and introduced the origin, purpose and operation mode of the district fund in detail. Director Yang Zhongzhu explained the layout plan of a new round of prospecting strategy.

Teacher Sun Zhenming introduced in detail the basic situation and business fields of CIT and the School of Exploration and Surveying Engineering through PPT.
The research and discussion deepened the exchange and cooperation between Changchun Institute of Technology and Shenyang Geological Survey Center of China Geological Survey (Northeast Geological Science and Technology Innovation Center). Both parties have reached cooperation intentions on the signing of the industry university research cooperation agreement, the establishment of the district innovation fund, and the implementation of strategic mineral exploration actions, further promoting the integration of industry and education in CIT, improving the innovation ability of our teachers and students, which is of great significance for the future development of our college.
