Pan Lin from CIT's School of Computer Technology and Engineering

Publishes Academic Paper in Prestigious CAS Zone 1 Journal

2025/01/07

Pan Lin, a faculty member from the School of Computer Technology and Engineering at Changchun Institute of Technology (CIT), has recently published an academic paper titled Optimizing Mobile Blockchain Networks: A Game Theoretical Approach to Cooperative Multi-Terminal Computation in Future Generation Computer Systems (FGCS), a TOP-tier journal classified under the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) Zone 1. The paper, bearing the DOI 10.1016/j.future.2024.107669, lists CIT as its primary affiliation. FGCS is an internationally renowned journal in computer science, indexed in the Essential Science Indicators (ESI), with a latest impact factor of 6.2.

Pan Lin has long been dedicated to research on blockchain network optimization, resource management, and distributed mobile cloud computing, achieving notable advancements in these fields. In this study, he proposed the CAGE framework, a cooperative game theory-based solution that utilizes consortium blockchain and smart contract technologies to enable multi-terminal collaborative computing. The CAGE framework, through its three-tier architecture design, significantly improves the efficiency of computational resource allocation, optimizes system load balancing, and substantially reduces energy consumption. Additionally, the cooperative sharing optimization algorithm within the framework accelerates task migration and execution, ensuring stable and efficient system operation even under low energy consumption conditions. This research provides a solid theoretical and practical foundation for further advancements in resource optimization, energy consumption management, and domain applications of blockchain networks in mobile environments.
