CIT Approved 2 Projects of National Natural Science Foundation in 2023

On August 24, the National Natural Science Foundation Committee issued the "Notice on the Evaluation results of the National Natural Science Foundation in 2023," and CIT was approved for 2 National Natural Science Foundation projects. Among them, Professor Xu Liang of the School of Civil Engineering presided over the application of the project "Research on the alignment Design Method of Automated Driving Expressway based on the coupling safety function of vehicles and roads" won the project funding; Dr. Yu Hongchen of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering presided over the application of the project "Study on the spheroidization mechanism of primary Mg2Si in sub-rapid solidification metamorphic Al-Mg-Si Alloy" won the support of the Youth Science Fund.


In the process of applying for the National Natural Science Foundation in 2023, CIT made overall planning and top-level design, organized and held national project application mobilization and promotion meetings, invited high-level experts to implement demonstration and guidance at different levels and disciplines, effectively improved the quality of project application, and encouraged teachers to make full use of time and devote themselves to research. It also requires all teaching units to organize project demonstration work solidly.
