小满是夏天的第二个节气。在北方，小满表示麦类等夏熟作物,籽粒已开始饱满，但还未彻底成熟。在南方，小满则表示雨水多的意思。

Lesser Fullness of Grain is the second solar term of summer. In the north of China, it indicates that wheat and other summer crops have begun to plump their grains, but they are not yet fully ripe. In the south of China, it implies expecting a lot of rain.
