Jilin Province S&T Innovation Center for Physical Simulation and Security of Water Resources and Electric Power Engineering(hereinafter referred to as the center) is a provincial innovation center approved by the Provincial Department of Science and Technology in November, 2018. The center includes four research directions of water conservancy and power engineering physical-level simulation modeling, industrial control safety and simulation, blockchain and artificial intelligence simulation teaching, as well as artificial intelligence laboratory, industrial control safety laboratory, blockchain laboratory and big data simulation laboratory, with the area of 1100 square meters. The center has 33 team members, including 9 core members. The team has 28 senior-title professionals and 25 doctors. The center has won the honorary title of a new-generation information technology application demonstration pilot of Jilin Province.
Facing the construction needs of smart water conservancy and smart power, the center has carried out relevant basic, strategic and forward-looking research work, and built a multi-domain energy trading system and payment security demonstration application based on the blockchain cross-chain technology, a big data + AI deep learning and simulation application platform, an industrial control security simulation verification range platform, and an integrated security simulation collaborative innovation platform of the innovation center. The center has formed a practical-level key technology innovation chain for water conservancy and electric power with a basic-R & D-simulation-application process, and managed to set up a collaborative innovation platform of modeling-simulation-product service and water conservancy and electric power industry-safety simulation technology-academic research.
