In order to implement the national policy of promoting education through the five educations simultaneously, implement and refine labor education, and give full play to the role of labor education, CIT recently opened tea art labor education and practice courses. This course aims to deepen students' understanding of traditional tea culture, master tea art skills, cultivate labor spirit, and enhance personal comprehensive quality through practical operations.
In class, students learn the basic knowledge of tea classification, quality identification, storage and preservation, master tea art performance skills such as tea brewing, tea tasting and tea appreciation, and understand the origin and development of tea culture, as well as the relationship between tea and poetry, tea and Zen Tao and other cultural elements, so as to achieve the curriculum education goal of "recognizing tea, learning art, understanding etiquette and morality"
CIT actively responds to the national guidance on labor education and the guidelines and policies of the Ministry of Education on labor education, and actively plans and designs labor education courses, and integrates labor education with professional education, skill education and aesthetic education with the "labor +" education model.
